Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of familylawresults.com (the “Site”) and the document preparation and guidance services provided under the FamilyLawResults.com brand. By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.

We Are Not a Law Firm

FamilyLawResults.com provides document preparation and guidance services. We are not a law firm, we are not attorneys, and we do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Communicating with us does not create an attorney–client relationship. If you need legal advice, you should consult a licensed attorney in your state.

Our Services

We prepare documents and provide general, plain-language guidance based on the information you give us and on the requirements you identify. You are responsible for reviewing all documents for accuracy before signing or filing, for meeting any court deadlines, and for determining whether a document is appropriate for your situation.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome in your matter, and we do not represent you in court.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to use the Site and services only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site.

Fees and Payment

Our services are offered on a flat-rate basis, and payment plans may be available. Specific fees and payment terms will be described to you before you engage our services. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Information on the Site is general and may not reflect the most current law in your state.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we are organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
